Independence day celebrations at Ekalavya School NS Palya (Year 2017)

The programme started at 8.40am. Mr. Murali Rao and Mr. Murrali Chakravarthy participated as main guests and hoisted the flag accompanied by band and salutes.

Cultural programs started with lighting of a lamp by the Guests along with devotional song by the teachers.

Hindi Patriotic song was sung by the students from class VII,VIII,IX.

Noor Fatima from class IX delivered a speech on the importance of the day.

Mrs. Naga Kanthi (a teacher) invited the Chief Guest to felicitate the long serving teachers & the ones who has shown excellence in their services in Ekalavya School.

A skit relating to the great freedom fighter -Jhansi Lakshmi Bai -was played by class III,IV V students.

A patriotic song in Kannada was sung by class VI and VII students. Anushka of class IV, gave an excellent speech in Hindi describing the Importance of the day.

A song in Hindi was sung by Prashanth Raj Malik from class IX and Eshwar Murthy from class VIII.

A wonderful dance was performed by high school students showing their patriotic feelings towards India.

Program was concluded by the vote of thanks by Mrs.Shalini Shetty, (a teacher).
